A national trial law firm was preparing for a unique legal opportunity that would allow survivors of childhood sexual abuse to pursue claims that had previously been time-barred.

The challenge wasn’t simply publishing more content. Potential clients often didn’t know what legal terms to search for. They searched for the names of schools, churches, youth organizations, dioceses, or individuals connected to their experiences. The firm needed a way to organize thousands of records into a system that could scale while remaining accurate, maintainable, and easy for people to navigate.

Created repeatable publishing workflows that generated more than 4,000 unique resource pages from structured data while maintaining editorial oversight and consistency.

Organized information around how survivors actually searched for answers rather than how legal professionals categorized cases, making critical information easier to discover.

LONG-TERM SCALABILITY
