How I helped enterprise customers translate business objectives into successful AI-powered personalization implementations.
THE CHALLENGE
Implementing enterprise software is rarely a technology problem. It’s usually a communication problem. Business stakeholders understood what they wanted to accomplish. Engineering teams understood how the platform worked. What was often missing was someone who could translate between the two.
Customers needed help defining requirements, aligning stakeholders, and ensuring the implementation actually solved the business problem it was intended to address.
My Role

My responsibilities included:
Rather than simply implementing software, my role was helping organizations understand how the technology fit within their broader business strategy.
The Outcome
WHY IT MATTERED

It’s asking the right questions, aligning stakeholders, and turning complex technical capabilities into practical business solutions. That lesson continues to shape how I approach AI, business transformation, and solution architecture today.
